At Bay Area Prints, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your contact email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-returnable situations:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
