2. Products All Bay Area Prints products are print-on-demand items made to order. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on Bay Area Prints are the intellectual property of Bay Area Prints. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Bay Area Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
